Daisy B. Gilbert
NORFOLK - Daisy Bell Gilbert, 81, died March, 1, 1996, in her home.
She was the widow of Alton Nathaniel Gilbert and was a native of Camden, N.C. She was a member of DeBaun Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Leah Ray Adams of Norfolk, Joyce Ann Wroton of Chesapeake, and Linda G. Elliott of Norfolk; son, Clarence E. Gilbert of Norfolk; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday by Pastor Donald Joyner in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial is in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
