Elliott Jackson ``Jack'' Boyd Sr., 58, of the 400 block of Lakeview Drive, died Feb. 29, 1996, in Dunedin, Fla.
He was a retired Command Master Chief for the U.S. Navy after 32 years of service. He was a native of Fredericksburg, Va. Mr. Boyd was a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by two daughters, Tarra B. Sullivan of Maitland, Fla., and Shavon J. Boyd of Palm Harbor, Fla.; son, Elliott J. Boyd Jr. of Chesapeake; sister, Carolyn O'Brien of Fredericksburg; and one grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Penny Wilson in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. Graham Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
