How pleased I was to find such a large section of your fine newspaper dedicated in observance of Black History Month to the massacre at Rosewood.
It was nice also that you did not insult the black community by referring to us as Africans.
I am a fifth-generation American (North Carolinian). I am just as much an African American as my white friends (many) are European Americans. I think you and your readers get the message.
Keep up the good work.
