The Isle of Wight/-Smithfield/-Windsor Chamber of Commerce would like to urge our citizens to participate in an upcoming public hearing pertaining to GTE's proposed rate restructuring as it pertains to Isle of Wight County.
This plan would enable county residents and businesses a wider range of calling area within Isle of Wight as well as throughout most of Hampton Roads.
The hearing will be today in the Franklin High School auditorium. There will be two sessions, at 3:30 and 7 p.m.
