FRANK CELLER

Frank ``Tutti'' Celler, 72, of the 3000 block of Concord Bridge Road, died March 5, 1996, at Sentara Leigh Hospital.

Mr. Celler, a native of New York, worked for the city of New York's Department of Sanitation for 16 years. He was a member of Kempsville Church of Christ. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Edwards of Virginia Beach; a son, Frank Celler of Neptune Beach, Fla.; three grandchildren, Theresa Marie Celler-Tulak of Virginia Beach, Dodi D. Celler and Jeremy Celler, both of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a goddaughter, Donna Ricapito.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday at Kempsville Church of Christ, Virginia Beach, by Minister Randall Childress. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, Va. 23513. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is in charge.
