Frances Price Sullivan, 67, of the 100 block of Tyler Crescent West, died Feb. 29, 1996.
Mrs. Sullivan, a native of Swan Quarter, N.C., was the widow of Leonard L. Sullivan Sr. and a member of Covenant United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her son, Leonard L. Sullivan Jr. of Portsmouth; her mother, Annie Smithwick Price of Ozark, Ala.; a stepdaughter, Ann Sullivan Milius of Long Island, N.Y.; a sister, Elaine Enfinger of Ozark; two brothers, James Russell Price of New Bern, N.C., Hilton Franklin Price of Ozark; and special friends Paula and Walter McDowell of Suffolk.
Memorial donations may be made to Covenant United Methodist Church, 2004 Dock Landing Rd., Chesapeake, Va. 23321. Foster Funeral Home handled arrangements.
