Nellie Virginia Lucord, 65, of the 5000 block of Susquehanna Drive, died March 7, 1996.
She was a customer service representative for K-Mart Stores. Mrs. Lucord was a native of Mathews County, Va. and she was a member of Kempsville Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Edwin Lucord; daughter, Virginia Carol Jones of Virginia Beach; son, Thomas Wayne of Virginia Beach; mother, Dell Sadler Peters of Norfolk; and two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Randall Childress in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach. The family will receive friends at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
