The list of candidates that ran in some editions of Thursday's Virginian-Pilot was incomplete. Below is the complete list of certified candidates for the Virginia Beach School Board: AT-LARGE, TWO-YEAR TERM
Gail A. Ball, 53, of the 500 block of Catalina Ave., is a real estate agent who ran unsuccessfully for a seat on the School Board in 1994.
Donald F. Bennis, 44, of the 2000 block of Thomas Bishop Lane, an attorney, has served on the board since being appointed by the Circuit Court in 1995.
Patricia L. Burns, 48, of the 4100 block of Woodlake Court, is a registered nurse and a first-time candidate.
Charles D. Clark, 59, of the 4400 block of Paul Jones Lane, owns Clark Realty Services, a residential real estate appraisal firm, and is a first-time candidate.
George T. Coker, 50, of the 1700 block of Valhalla Arch, works for the federal government and is a first-time candidate.
Kathleen Damon, 40, of the 2200 block of Greenwell Road, is a restaurant manager and a first-time candidate.
Daniel Edwards, 48, of the 1500 block of Beachview Drive, is an accountant and a first-time candidate.
James A. Grace, 44, of the 2300 block of Custom Circle, is an educational specialist with a computer based training firm and a first-time candidate.
Michael B. Moore, 46, of the 1300 block of Nesbitt Dr., is a probation counselor and has never run for the board before.
Michael P. Nagelin, 41, of the 5300 block of Roves Court, is a mortgage banker and a first-time candidate.
Raymond A. Newlon, 43, of the 1700 block of Rally Drive, is a district manager for a German shipping company and a first-time candidate.
Randi A. Perrone-Kerfoot, 34, of the 2100 block of Sherbrooke Circle, is a flight attendant and real estate investor who has never held an elected post.
Kenneth R. Sigmon, 43, of the 2200 block of Cantwell Road, is the Virginia Beach campus director of Commonwealth College and a first-time candidate.
Louis R. Soscia Sr., 74, of the 2600 block of Sandy Valley Road, is a retired insurance sales manager. He has never held an elected post.
Claude R. ``Okie'' Thompson, 68, of the 1100 block of Rollingwood Arch, is a retired Coast Guard officer who has never held an elected post.

Raymond D. Beck, 51, of the 2900 block of Lynnhaven Drive, is a semi-retired building contractor and former teacher with no previous elected experience.
Sandra ``Sandy'' C. Bowie, 46, of the 1700 block of Oxen Court, an adjunct professor at Old Dominion University, has never held an elected post.
Donald R. Bradway, 45, of the 4800 block of Admiration Drive, is vice president of IDAX Inc., a computer company offering products for machinery monitoring and diagnostic analysis, who has never held an elected post.
Robert J. Brich, 52, of the 600 block of Oxford Circle, is Executive vice president of Management Systems Applications Inc. and a first-time candidate.
A.M. DeVinney Killian, 30, of the 1000 block Lord Dunmore Drive, manages a a carpet service company and is a first-time candidate.
Joshua F. Edwards Sr., 59, of the 2100 block of Brush Hill Lane, is employed by Norfolk State University. He ran unsuccessfully for the school board in 1994.
Steven M. Emmanuel, 36, of the 500 block of Canterbery Rd., is a philosophy instructor at Virginia Wesleyan College and has never held and elected post.
Ann Ewing, 49, of the 1500 block of Duke of Windsor Rd., is an educator who has never held an elected post.
Vernon H. Fix, 65, of the 4800 block of Princess Anne Road, is a Retired Navy Lt. Commander who has never held an elected post.
Stuart R. Gordon, 58, of the 1600 block of Barnards Cove Road, is an attorney. He has never held an elected post.
Robert C. Mandigo Jr., 43, of the 100 block of Gallant Fox Road, is an auditor with U.S. General Accounting Office and has never held an elected post.
John J. Mason, 37, of the 5200 block of Lowery Drive, is a former Naval officer and a graduate education student at Old Dominion University who has never held an elected post.
George R. Melnyk Jr., 28, of the 1800 block of Winter Wheat Court is a project manager for Premiere Millwork and Lumber Co. and a first-time candidate.
A. F. Mike Mitchell III, 47, of the 5400 block of Angus Drive, is director of contracts for Management Systems Applications Inc. He has never held an elected post.
Jane Nosonchuk, 36, of the 1300 block of Northvale Drive, is a pediatric nurse practitioner and a first-time candidate.
James P. Polk, 38, of the 100 block Nina Drive, is a clinical psychologist who has never held an elected post.
Michael J. Prokopchak, 43, of the 5100 block of Stratford Chase Drive, is a school teacher and science department chairman of the Norfolk public schools. He has never held an elected post.
Gary Reese, 47, of the 1500 block of Willimantic Dr. is a Chesapeake teacher and a retired Naval officer. He is a first-time candidate.
Pedro P. Rodriguez, 67, of the 2100 block of Wolf St., is a veterinarian and retired Army Colonel with no previous elected experience.
Neil L. Rose, 36, of the 1300 block of Harris Road, is a tax and business attorney, who has never held an elected post.
Frank E. Rough, 49, of the 3200 block of Clubhouse Road, is a student and substitute teacher who has never held an elected post.
Sonja M. Watts, 41, of the 4800 block of Princess Anne Road, is a teacher at Norfolk Preparatory High School and Providence Bible College. She ran unsuccessfully for the school board in 1994.

Nancy Dahlman Guy, 38, of the 2400 block of Haversham Close, is a former attorney, who has never held an elected post.

Arthur Thomas Tate, 29, of the 900 block of Indian Circle, is an environmental engineer for the Navy public works center. He has never held an elected post.
