JEAN M. VOGEL

Jean Mary Vogel, 80, a retired French and German teacher, died March 8, 1996, at a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mrs. Vogel, a native of Minneapolis, Minn., was retired from MacAllister College and the Minnesota High School System. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church, the University of Minnesota Alumni Association, and was a lifetime member of the Navy Dental Wives Association.

Survivors include her husband, Dr. Albert L. Vogel Jr.; a daughter, Mary Jean Feldman and her husband, Dr. William E. Feldman, of Virginia Beach; two grandchildren, David Lawrence Feldman of Virginia Beach, and Michael John Feldman of Charlottesville, Va.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, by the Rev. Stanley W. Sawyer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Foundation.
