Rudolph Julius Besier, of 1203 Waterfront Drive, died Thursday, March 7, 1996 in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
A native of New York City, N.Y., he was the widower of Ruth Maryann Weir Besier, and a son of Walter J. Besier of Virginia Beach and the late Dorothy Krell Besier. He retired in 1990 after 30 years with Printing Inks. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
In addition to his father, he is survived by one brother, Frank R. Besier, of 3996 Wychoff Drive, Virginia Beach, 23452.
A memorial service will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in the Maestas Funeral Home Baltic Avenue Chapel by Rev. Richard J. Yates.
