Sally Fields Pritchard, 85, of the 700 block of Spotswood Ave., died Friday, March 8, 1996, in her home.
She was retired from the Naval Supply Center after 37 years of service. She was born in Gilmerton, Va., and was preceded in death by her two sisters, Mildred P. Peters and Elizabeth P. Tyree. Mrs. Pritchard is a member of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, a former member of the Elizabeth Chapter No. 45, Order of Eastern Star, and was a former volunteer in the Play Room at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
Survivors include a niece, Elizabeth S. Denniston of Norfolk; two great-nieces, Julia Scheepers Shivar and Elizabeth Scheepers Corliss; and a great-nephew, William Scott Scheepers.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. James Sell and the Rev. Win Lewis. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters or to the Altar Guild of Christ and Saint Luke's Episcopal Church. Cox Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
