Consideration of Conditional Use Permit Request C19-95 in which the applicant is proposing to locate a single-wide mobile home on a parcel of land containing an existing single-family dwelling to house a bona fide farm tenant who also will care for the elderly parent of the property owner. An ordinance amending Chapter 16, titled ``Motor Vehicles and Traffic,'' of the Code of the City of Suffolk, to provide for regional vehicle license enforcement - second reading. A resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into compacts for the regional enforcement of local motor vehicle license requirements with localities in the Hampton Roads region. Approved, 7-0
An ordinance authorizing the submittal, acceptance and appropriation of $25,000 in funds for a grant for the Chesapeake Bay planner position - first reading. No vote on first reading
