Inez S. Briggs, 77, of the 1600 block of Loren Crescent, died March 7, 1996.
She is survived by her husband, Herbert Briggs Sr.; son, Herbert Briggs Jr.; two grandchildren, Calvin and Sharon Briggs; and a daughter-in-law, Rosania Briggs.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. today by the Rev. Robert Lee in Fisher Funeral Home. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Gardens, Chesapeake. The family will assemble at the funeral home today at 9:30 a.m.
