Victor H. Smith, of the 500 block of Lousia St., died March, 7, 1996. He was a native of Norfolk.
He was the son of the late Mary E. Sumler. He is survived by a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday by Eldress Mary Woodhouse in Philippian Church of Christ Holy Disciples, 1927 E. Liberty St., Chesapeake. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Family and friends will assemble at 541 Louisa St., Norfolk, on Wednesday at 11 a.m. for the funeral procession to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
