Police are looking for a 65-year-old man last seen in the 1700 block of High Street at the Social Services Bureau.
Clarence Robert Watson was described as a dark-skinned, black male, 155 pounds and 5 feet 8 inches tall. Watson is balding with graying hair. He has a thick mustache and is missing one eye and all but two bottom teeth. He wears prescription glasses.
Police said Watson, who has no permanent address, was dressed in a black jacket, blue jeans, green hat and white tennis shoes when last seen.
He may need medication.
