E. Irene Boone Futrell, of the 1500 block of Old Virginia Beach Road, died March 10, 1996.
Mrs. Futrell, a native of Woodland, N.C., was the widow of Andrew Futrell. She was a member of The Congregation of God, Baltimore, Md.
Survivors include her mother, Anna B. Daniels of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Doris D. Washington and Helen D. Cannady, both of Virginia Beach; an aunt; an uncle; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Saint Mark A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Henry E. Jefferson and the Rev. Percy Elder. Burial will be in Saints Rest Cemetery, Virginia Beach. The family will be at 1509 Ocean Garden St., Virginia Beach. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach, Chapel, is in charge.
