Mildred McDonald Williams, 52, of the 2900 block of N. Radcliffe Lane, died March 11, 1996, in Maryview Hospital.
She was a manager for Custom Integrated Technology of Canon Inc. of Virginia. She was born April 11, 1943, in Lumberton, N.C., and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Chesapeake, where she was involved with the Women's Service League, was a youth department worker, and was involved with the Selena Scott Sunday school class.
She is survived by a daughter, Kateena D. Williams of Chesapeake; two sons, Louis D. Williams of Reedville, Va., and Joel Lamont Williams of Oak Grove, Ky.; sister, Patricia M. Dean of Rockingham, N.C; brother, William H. McDonald of Durham, N.C.; three grandchildren, Louis D. B. Williams, Daniel V. Williams, and Michael Williams; daughter-in-law, Angie F. Williams; and aunts, nieces, nephews and beloved friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Doris M. McDonald and William B. McDonald, both of Lumberton, N.C.; and her brother, Russell E. McDonald.
A funeral will be at noon Saturday by the Rev. Ben A. Beamer in Ebenezer Baptist Church, Portsmouth. Burial is in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. A wake service will be held Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Home. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
