Jack F. Clark, formerly of Odessa, N.Y., died Tuesday, March 12, 1996.
He is survived by two daughters, Jackie R. Whittaker of Watkins Glen, N.Y., and Jill C. Weeks of Newport Richey, Fla.; his mother, Rose Tanner Millard of Brooksville, Fla.; four brothers, Jim, Jerry, Darrell, and Bruce; two sisters, Joyce and Janie; a granddaughter, Jacqueline Whittaker; and a devoted girlfriend of seven years, Nancy Warner.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Bonney Road Chapel of Kellum Funeral Home, 3795 Bonney Road. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be sent to either Jill Weeks, 12406 Deerlake Drive, Newport Richey, 34654, or Jackie Whittaker, 215 10th St., Watkins Glen, N.Y. 14891.
