A front-page pullout Wednesday should have said that Del. George H. Heilig Jr. had no legal obligation to disclose that his law firm was paid by Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield last year. The pullout erroneously said that Heilig did not have to disclose Trigon stock.
Maria T. Rosas Martin, 36, and her 12-year-old niece were among those injured Sunday in a five-car collision in Chesapeake. Stories Monday and Tuesday had her last name and the ages wrong.
