Adoption of a resolution authorizing the refunding of the maturities from the January 1992 and April 1992 General Obligation Public Improvement Bonds ($16,820,000) and similar maturities from the Public Utility Bonds from these same two issues ($6,155,00).

Adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $30,000 from the Capital Improvements Fund and $20,000 from the Public Utility Capital Improvements Fund for the purpose of defraying expenses to be incurred with the city's refunding process.

From Brown's Store to King Street will be two-way traffic to allow residents who live in the area and customers of the store to have ingress and egress.

Ordinance to close portions of Cambridge Street, Wallace Circle, Potomac Avenue and a ten-foot alley, pursuant to an application made by Portsmouth Partners of Virginia.
The viewers previously appointed recommended approval of the application and the Planning Commission concurs. In lieu of payment for these areas to be closed, the applicant will be dedicating new streets to the city.

Ordinance amending section 22-805 of the city code pertaining to set fees for services rendered by tow operators.
Adoption of this ordinance will eliminate conflicting language regarding fees between sections 22-805 and 37-250.
