Mildred Jordan Overby, 75, a retired homemaker, died March 14, 1996, at Halifax Memorial Hospital. She was a native of Roanoke Rapids and formally of Ahoskie.
She is survived by 13 nephews; 10 nieces; and several great-nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Branch Funeral Home Chapel by Dr. Billy Seate. Burial will be in Cedarwood Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids. The family will receive at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today and other times at the home of Pete and JoAnn Cameron, 1424 W. Chaloner Drive, Roanoke Rapids.
