Lucy P. Jamison, 90, of the 800 block of Joyce St. in Berkley, died March 13, 1996.
She was born in Southampton County and was the widow of Willie L. Jamison. She retired from Norfolk Schools after 25 years of service and was a member of First Baptist Church Campostella.
She is survived by a daughter, Virdley Corprew of Norfolk; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A funeral will be held Monday at noon at First Baptist Church Campostella, with the Rev. Harold Cason officiating. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Pretlow and Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake in charge.
