Mildred A. Jordan
VIRGINIA BEACH - Mildred A. Jordan of Independence Boulevard and the widow of Oscar Lee Jordan died Thursday, March 14, 1996.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Beverly Larson of Chesapeake; two brothers, Joseph E. Lilley of Williamston, N.C., and Elvin F. Lilley of Virginia Beach; three grandchildren, Lovi L. Palagyi, Lee Ann Sabatino and Kelly L. Karlov; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ethel Edmondson.
Mrs. Jordan was a member of Bayside Baptist Church and the Credit Womens Breakfast Club of Norfolk. The family will receive friends today from 2:30 to 6 p.m. at the Rosewood Chapel, Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road. Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park. Memorial gifts may be made to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Hospice Program.
