WOBURN, Mass. - Gregory E. Pitts, 25, of 20 Bernard Road, died March 15, 1996, at his home.

He was born June 8, 1970, in Oswego, N.Y., to George Pitts and Elizabeth Kreamer. He worked in management retail at Lord and Taylor. Mr. Pitts had resided in Woburn for four years. He formerly lived in Swampscott. He attended schools in Virginia and graduated with Kempsville High School, Virginia Beach, class of 1988. He went on to graduate from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He most recently became associated with Lord and Taylor of Boston in a management capacity. He was involved in the Bisexual and Gay Lesbian Youths.

He is survived by his parents, George Pitts of Vaughn, N.C., and Elizabeth Kreamer of Woburn, Mass.; stepfather, Terry N. Kreamer of Woburn; sister, Tamara J. Law of Virginia Beach; two stepsisters, Jennifer Gasparian of Laguna Beach, Calif., and Melisa Kreamer of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; and grandmother, Lucille Woodard of Fulton, N.Y.

Donations in Gregg's memory may be made to the AIDS Action Committee, 131 Claredon St., or Positive Direction Inc., 140 Claredon St., Suite 805, Boston, Mass. 02116. A memorial service will be held at the Unitarian Church of Winchester, 778 Main St., Winchester, Mass. 01890, Monday, March 25, at 3 p.m. McLaughlin Funeral Home, Woburn, is in charge of the arrangements.
