MARY B. WILLIAMSON

Mary Bowden Williamson, 88, of the 4000 block of Merrifield Blvd., died March 14, 1996, in her residence.

She was a native of Pender County, N.C., and was the widow of Aulzie L. Williamson. She was a member of New Market Baptist Church in Hampton. She was also a member of the United Order of the Confederacy.

She is survived by two sons and their wives, Mr. and Mrs. James Harold Williamson, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bowden Williamson; two grandsons, Brian Williamson and Jamie Williamson; two granddaughters, Lisa Gordon and Deeann Harris; three great-grandsons, Christian Gordon, Ryan Harris and Caleb Gordon.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Horace Jackson in Pike Creek Cemetery, Pender County. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is in charge. The family will receive friends at the residence. Memorial donations may be made to the building fund at New Market Baptist Church.
