SHOOTING VICTIM IDENTIFIED

Police on Sunday identified the victim of a fatal shooting on Graham Street as Eddie Joe Stevens, 17, of Barbour Drive in Portsmouth.

Police found Stevens' body in the 2500 block of Graham St. about 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

On Sunday, police spokeswoman Amber Whitaker said police had found a car, a 1986 Dodge Lancer, in which Stevens was last seen.

Whitaker said police had no further information about suspects in Stevens' death.
