NAOMI V. ARELLANO

Naomi Van Nostrand Arellano, 63, of 1528 Southern Blvd., died Monday, March 18, 1996, in her residence.

She was a native of Princess Anne County, and was the loving wife of Jesse H. ``Chico'' Arellano. She retired in 1995 after 14 years as a cafeteria worker at Cox High School.

In addition to her loving husband, ``Chico,'' she is survived by three daughters, Beverly Serrano of Pensacola, Fla., Pauline Franco of Oxnard, Calif., and Jessie Josafat of Pensacola; two sons, Gary B. Arellano of Virginia Beach and Tony M. Arellano of High Point, N.C.; four sisters, Thelma Hines and Margie Stevens, both of Virginia Beach, Tennie Varner of Raleigh, N.C., and Sereda Wickline of Richmond; two brothers, Herbert Van Nostrand and Ervin Van Nostrand, both of Virginia Beach; and seven grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 1996, in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery, 2020 Laskin Road, by the Rev. Mike Davidson. The family will receive friends in the Maestas Funeral Home, Baltic Avenue Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
