Frank Leto, 86, died March 19, 1996.
Mr. Leto, a retired delivery man, was a native of New York, N.Y. He was a member of Assembly of God.
Survivors include three sisters, Molly Olha, Fannie Kleppe and Rose Valente, all of Virginia Beach; and two brothers, Anthony Leto of Pennsylvania and John Leto of Florida.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Friday at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, by the Rev. Gerald Qualls.
