MICHAEL C. PARKER

Michael Colden Parker, 43, died on March 18, 1996, at home.

Michael worked in the Home Improvement Department at Sears for 20 years. He attended Hall United Methodist Church and served on the Board of Trustees and the Finance Committee. Michael graduated from Booker T. Washington High School in 1970 and went on to Norfolk State University and earned his bachelor's degree.

Michael was a devoted family man and he leaves to cherish his memories a wife, of 20 years, Louise Clark-Parker; two sons, Michael Corey Parker and Brandon Curtis Parker; and one daughter, Tiffany Chiffon Parker. Michael is also survived by his mother, Marion Ellerbe Parker and father, William C. Parker of Chesapeake, Va.; a grandmother, Nellie C. Nicholson; and a mother-in-law, Pastor Willie Mae Clark. He also leaves behind seven sisters, Sandra Felton and Tracey Corprew of Virginia Beach, Robin Rascoe, Krystal Jones, Kimberly Parker, and Dawn Parker of Chesapeake, and Deborah Johnson of Norfolk; and two brothers, Gene Parker of Norfolk and Gerald Parker of Chesapeake; and several uncles, aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. today at Hall United Methodist Church, 7780 Solley Road in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
