On the application of city of Norfolk to close a portion of Denny's Road. Approved.

An ordinance approving a lease agreement with the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach Inc. Approved.

An ordinance authorizing an automobile body repair and paint shop at 3147 Azalea Garden Road. Approved.
