A 35-year-old Norfolk man has been accused of exposing himself to teenage girls, police said Thursday.
Gary Lee Howe of the 3900 block of Davis Street, Norfolk, was charged with two counts of taking indecent liberties with a child and two counts of indecent exposure.
He also was wanted on outstanding warrants filed in Norfolk charging him with two more counts of taking indecent liberties with a child.
The Virginia Beach incidents are alleged to have occurred in the 4800 block of Lone Willow Lane in the Aragona section of the city.
Howe is being held in jail without bond.
