PARTNERSHIP PERSPECTIVES: A panel of business, community and military representatives will share their experiences as Partners in Education at Partnership Perspectives from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Little Theater at Woodrow Wilson High School.
The meeting will include a question-and-answer session. The forum is sponsored by the Education Committee of the Portsmouth Division of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce and Portsmouth Public Schools. The purpose of the forum is to assess the needs of business, community and military partners.

KOALATY KID SCHOOL: Churchland Academy Elementary School has been selected as a Koalaty Kid School by the American Society for Quality Control.
A Koalaty Kid School is an elementary school that implements the principles of total quality management.
Schools chosen for this honor draw strength from partnerships among individual schools, parents and local business sponsors.
The schools also concentrate on developing students who have high self-esteem, are motivated to do their best work and are eager to read and learn.
