Ruth Mae Britt, 79, of the 2800 block of Victory Blvd., died Friday, March 22, 1996, in a local hospital.
She was a native of Baltimore, Md., and was the widow of Robert H. Britt.
She is survived by a son, Donald L. Britt, and his wife, Jo Ann, of Portsmouth; and two brothers, Clark Insley and Charles Insley, both of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, the Rev. Gene Primm officiating. The family will be in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel on Monday from 7 to 8 p.m.
