Citizens who live in areas that border Kempsville Borough in Virginia Beach have been invited to attend City Council member Louisa Strayhorn's monthly town meeting to join in discussion on issues involving neighboring cities.
Citizens of Chesapeake with the zip codes of 23320, 23322 and 23325 and citizens of Norfolk with the zip code of 23502 are encouraged to attend.
All Virginia Beach citizens are invited as well.
The meeting will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Tallwood High School, 1668 Kempsville Road.
