Lenell Harris Wellons, 84, a resident of James River Convalescent Center, died March 24, 1996.
She was born in Isle of Wight, Va., and was a housewife. She was a charter member of Bethany Presbyterian Church, Zuni.
Survivors include a sister, Eva Maie Harris of Newport News; a sister-in-law, Lillian Byrd Harris of Hampton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk, by the Rev. John P. Hartman. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at Riverside Funeral Home, Newport News.
