Members if the Stanford University sailing team practice Monday in
the Elizabeth River near the campus of Old Dominion University. The
team was in town for a weekend regatta, and took advantage of 70-
degree temperatures and a steady wind before returning to
California. Some of the warmth goes with them: Today's highs will be
in the upper 50s.
