The questions about the crisis at the Chrysler Museum are simple. I hope someone can provide the answers.
1. How could the board of trustees go so long without knowing the museum had a problem? A one-year deficit I can understand, but not year after year.
2. When the board finally realized there was a problem, why didn't it try fund-raising instead of mass firings?
3. Why were all those who were terminated women? This sounds like discrimination.
