TIMOTHY M. KLIPFEL

Timothy Michael Klipfel, 35, of the 1100 block of Evelyn St., died March 24, 1996, in the Veterans Administration Medical Center, Hampton.

Mr. Klipfel was a native of Rochester, N.Y. He was a Navy veteran electrician's mate, and had retired after 16 years of service.

He is survived by his very special friend David E. Renfro of Norfolk; his father, Douglas Klipfel of Rochester, N.Y.; a brother, Jeff Klipfel; a sister, Christine Kelley; and a stepfather, Donald Kelley, all of Rochester; several aunts, uncles, and other extended family.

A funeral will be held on Friday, March 29, at St. Mark's Church in Rochester. Burial will be in Parma Union Cemetery. Mr. Klipfel's remains have been sent to the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Ave., Hilton, N.Y., for service and burial. A memorial service is also planned for mid-April at the base chapel, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, at the corner of Shore Drive at Independence Blvd., Norfolk.
