Madeline Harriett McHarg, 60, of the first block of Chatham Road, died March 25, 1996, at a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. McHarg, a homemaker, was a native of Norfolk.
Survivors include her husband, William F. ``Buck'' McHarg; a daughter, Dorothy M. ``Debbie'' Craven of Virginia Beach; two sons, Harry K. Taylor and Thomas Taylor, both of Florida; a sister, Jeannie Robertson of Chesapeake; a brother, Harry Edmondson of Chesapeake; and five grandchildren.
The burial will be private. The family will receive friends at Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, Thursday from 4 to 6 p.m. Please omit all flowers and make a donation to the charity of your choice.
