Nancy C. Felmey, 48, died March 25, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Felmey worked in Personnel Support Detachment at the Naval Station in Norfolk for four years. She was a 13-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and a native of Lockport, N.Y.
Survivors include her husband, Robert C. Felmey; two stepdaughters, Kristin Drake of Arkansas and Katie Felmey of Oklahoma; two stepsons, Robert J. Felmey and Walter J. Felmey, both of Oklahoma; her parents, Hazel and William Lang of Florida; and two brothers, William ``Bud'' Lang Jr. and Gary Lang, both of Florida.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Hampton National Cemetery by Father James Mennis. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
