Fifth-grade students from First Flight Elementary School in Kill
Devil Hills show certificates from the town's police department that
indicate the children completed the DARE program. A graduation
ceremony for three classes who participated in the drug-abuse
program was held Wednesday. At right, Cpl. Donna Dees, who conducted
the DARE program for the police department, reacts to the bouquet
presented by students.
