Sandra Lowe Fornville, 40, of the 1100 block of Ivy Bridge, died March 26, 1996, in Chesapeake General Hospital. She was health benefit adviser for Tricare Service Center and had been employed there for three years. A native of Bronx, N.Y., she was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Norfolk.
She is survived by a son, Ronald O. Lowe of Chesapeake; mother, Lucille A. Lowe; father, Selvin S. Lowe; three sisters, Georginia Smith of Washington, D.C., the Rev. Amy S. Lowe and Claudine D. Gray, both of Chesapeake; two brothers, William M. Holley of Bronx, N.Y. and Harvey T. Allen of Norfolk; a sister-in-law, Delores Allen of Norfolk; a brother-in-law, Robert Smith of Washington, D.C.
A funeral will be Saturday at 2:30 p.m. by the Rev. Jesse Arrington in Bethel Baptist Church, Norfolk, 1234 Reservoir Ave. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the residence of the Rev. Amy Lowe, 58 King George Quay, Chesapeake. They will also assemble on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Hale Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
