Robert H. High, long-time Washington, D.C., resident, died in his home in Tupelo, Miss., on March 27, 1996.
He was the father of three long-time Washington residents, Dola White, Druezella High and Melvin C. High, a former Washington, D.C., assistant chief of police, who is now police chief for Norfolk. He is also survived by his wife, Dola.
There will be a funeral todayat Shiloh Church in New Albany, Miss.
