Marjorie B. Tuckett, 89, of the 5000 block of Langston Court, died March 28, 1996, in her residence.
She was a native of Salt Lake City, Utah, and was the widow of James E. Tuckett. She was a member of the Norfolk Symphony as a cellist for many years. She was a graduate of the University of Utah.
She is survived by two nieces, Donna Mae Dean of Palos Verdes Estates, Calif., and Eloise Pickard of Manhattan Beach, Calif.; and a nephew, Lorin Aird of Palos Verdes Estates.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
