MARION J. WATSON

Marion Joyner Watson, 67, died March 30, 1996, in Richmond. Mrs. Watson retired with 22 years' service with the Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles as a license examiner.

A native of Winchester, Va., she was a daughter of the late Dr. George Richardson and Lucile Bowie Joyner. Mrs. Watson was member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Suffolk-Nansemond Historical Society, Constantia Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Virginia Historical Society.

Survivors include a daughter, Frances Watson Clark of Richmond; a brother, George Richardson Joyner Jr. of Durham, N.C.; and two grandchildren, Katherine and Philip.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cedar Hill Cemetery by the Rev. H. Vance Mann. The family will be at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home today from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Suffolk-Nansemond Historical Society, P.O.
