Thelma Kaufman Wright, 81, of the first block of Swan Circle, Point Harbor, N.C., died at her residence Sunday, April 14.
Born in Louisville, Ky., she was a homemaker. Mrs. Wright was the daughter of the late Louis Jacob and Mary Ring Kaufman and the widow of Miles Wesley Wright Sr.
She is survived by three sons, Marshall Wright of Point Harbor, Miles Wesley Wright Jr. of Richmond, Va. and Louis James Wright also of Richmond; and one brother, Tilman Neal Kaufman of Florida; and two grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Twiford's Memorial Chapel, Elizabeth City, is in charge of the arrangements.
