Police are asking for help in locating a man in connection with the slaying of a 35-year-old Portsmouth woman.
Officers were called Friday to investigate a domestic dispute in the 50 block of Manley St.
They found Dedra Sanders dead from apparent stab wounds.
Police have secured arrest warrants for Derek Jerome Clawson, 32, of the 50 block of Manley St.
He is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, 160 pounds, with a medium brown complexion. He has brown eyes, short black hair and has a scar on the right side of his face.
