RUDOLPH A. WETH

Rudolph Anthony ``Rudy'' Weth, 63, formerly of the 3400 block of Dartmouth St., died April 2, 1996, in Maryview Medical Center.

Mr. Weth, a native of Portsmouth, was the son of the late Rudolph and Mary Loretta Screeney Weth. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church and had formerly attended St. Bernard's College. He was a retired toll collector from the Elizabeth River Tunnel Commission.

Survivors include his brother, Christopher T. Weth; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Weth.

A funeral liturgy will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Paul's Catholic Church by the Rev. Joseph Slowik and Rev. Thomas B. Nee. Burial will be in Portsmouth Catholic Cemetery. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today at Foster Funeral Home, Portsmouth.
