On Thursday, April 4, at 11 a.m. a memorial service will be held for Michael Leonard Clarke, age 60, of Virginia Beach, who is still missing from a boating accident on March 27, 1996, and for his stepson, Brad Lazarus, of Charlotte, N.C.
The service will be at Grace Bible Church, 2961 Shore Drive in Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts for Mike Clarke be made to Grace Bible Church.
