David Bradley Lazarus, 36, a former resident of Virginia Beach, died March 29, 1996.
Brad is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, Savannah; son, Alex; his parents, Mr. William Lazarus of Fairfax, Va., and Mrs. Sharon Clarke of Virginia Beach; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lazarus of Washington, Ill.; three sisters, Mrs. Michael ``Lori'' Phillips of Virginia Beach, Miss Debbie Lazarus of Washington, D.C., and Ms. Gail Carmack of Phoenix, Ariz.
Brad had been a flight attendant with USAir since 1987. He and his family were residing in Charlotte, N.C.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Lazarus will be held Thursday, April 4, at 11 a.m. in Grace Bible Church, 2961 Shore Drive. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a trust fund for the children's education.
